look to africa.. apparently they have cheap quality defenders.. also if u don;t mind waiting i am sure that you could find a dirt cheap defender down there.. but they may take a while to develop...

that is exactly what i use.. and the biggest tip i can give with that formation is use you flanks.. coz you spread the defense out more..
