Agreed. Conditions should effect the game play and random slips and mistakes on the pitch. Also maybe playing in a hostile stadium or important match could also have an effect on players performances? Maybe in conjunction with the Tenacity stat it could depend on how well they handle the conditions.

Actually you can. On the MLO menu there is a option to change your name, you clikc on the option to change your club and im sure its there.

If you want a challenge i highly recommend Bolton, they do mainly play a 4-5-1 game at times but using their current 4-3-3 formation makes for great football wiht fast paced counter attacks.

I can't really help because i'm in the same boat man, I haven't gone into the depth of this mode but the few gaems I played in Ocotber were horrible :/ I was placed against players from higher divisions with much better players and found it difficult to make any sort of money.
