Urgh, I can't seem to find the walkthrough that I used, it was really helpful too. I can only suggest googling and trying to come across one to help, it's fairly self explanatory though as long as you have a bit of common sense.

Just one thing, are you making sure to run the program as an administrator? Right click on the icon, and go to "Run as Administrator" it seemed to work when I did that...

Sorry Hunter, I hadn't seen this. I can't give you the FATX advice, as I had the same issue, but I tried again and it all worked, so I don't know what cleared it, or what the issue was. Maybe someone else can give you a hand. I believe, don't quote me on this, that the update will co-inside...

The season mode is quite good too. You play through, beating wrestlers, and winning "stars" to challenge for belts, you start on one path, then get to choose your next. You unlock different matches as you go along, and have to recover and such after each match.

It's pretty good, I missed last years so no idea. The new Road to Wrestlemania is pretty good, albeit a little short. The create a finisher is epic. I'm quite surprised at how much of the roster I still know. Nice to have both the Hardyz there.
