Well I couldnt disagree more. This is the best PES (PS2) by a long way. The game is much more fluent than other versions and much less regimented and machine like. Its harder I agree, but thats only because its different. But for me, I love it

You were closer the first time in all seriousness - he his lightning quick. With only 89 as top speed then there are plenty of players in the game who would be quicker, which would not be true in the real game.

If you have a max drive there is a facilty to format your memory card. I think after you bring up the memory card as your device, press square (PS2) - I think thats right but I may be wrong. You can definitely format your card though

Talking of Everton you should look for Duncan McKenzie - he was a great midfielder. Then again he would probably be more popular with Leeds Utd fans

I must be a fool then beacause I am sure things like Customer Satisfaction are also key to many companies. That in itself does, I agree, lead to more profit, but Sont dont seem interested in the bigger picture. Once they have sold their product they dont give a damn what happens

There is more to customer service than actually selling the product. Once the console is sold they dont care about about what happens after that. I would be willing to bet that most people who bought a PS2 bought it because they had a PS1, which was much better than the competitors console. Now...

No idea what Microsoft do for consoles, but as far as my computer goes they have helped me sort out quite a few problems, whereas when I had problems with my 5 or 6 PS2s Sony kept telling me the problems with disc read error wasnt one they had come across before. I agree to a point. The Sony organisation does not care about suppliers or even their customers. The only thing that they worry about is profit - its as simple as that.
