This is my formation: Tends to work pretty well.

Not a fan of having 5 across the back, personally, but I do like the idea of fullbacks getting forward, so what I tend to do is play a very deep defensive midfielder, who, preferably, has the 'cover' trait, allowing him to cover the full-backs when he goes forward.
