Its always been the view i've used sice pes4, I just cant go back to the non tilted normal long camera angle, It seems wierd, but I think that its much better tilted.

The game has flaws in it, but it doesnt make the game bad. The game is still decent and is bad in areas but you have to get on with it and not rant about one thing or a few hundred (in pes5's case), its just a game, no need to kill yourself over it
