You're pretty stuck I think. You need to be able to sign into PSN to connect and download the official Konami updates which is what most files are compatible with.

Yeah, you need to download the Konami updates. Just go to settings (in game) and click 'Download'.

Also, I'll be releasing an update later with some fixes/appearances etc. If there is anything you've noticed that needs changing in the file, now is the time to let me know.

I don't think it's possible, no :/ I did look quite deep into adding Newcastle when I was adding the Bundesliga teams and CSKA. But with how few players there are already in the game (like 6-7) would mean I'd have to create 12 minimum. That combined with having no more room left for anymore...
