With regards to accuracy, mines around 35.5% but then I'm a sniper. That said my accuracy is still rather high, I'm 5000th in the world and the majority of those ahead of me have only fired 100 shots or less. 15-20% is good for assault rifles or SMGs. For snipers I'd expect 20%+.
