yeah, try the links section of those sites as well, some other pes sites may have some too. you cant download brand new stadiums i dont think, as the 3d modelling is too difficult to change, but you can certainly download updated textures (flags on the stadiums, seats etc)

unfortunately its not yet possible to get licenced kits etc through x-port. larsson said it may be possible in the future with file encrypting and what have you... but I don't understand any of that.
