no. cos 90% of them are fakes, or they have been bad people to end up homeless. ie criminals or drug abusers. the 10% that are true homeless people, yeah, i have sympathy. but theres no way to distinguish them from the fakes

2,3,4 and 5? i thought the file to edit the unlicenced stadiums were st_kb_pes3_tc.bin? and theres only 4 files in that.
