    yes you can. push the right analogue stick down and up quickly, its used as the flick up (to volley) but you can use it to put it over someones head too. trust me ive done it.

    konamis official patches help with the slowdown, but that means you cant patch the game cos you have to replace the exe file, which is what the patch is. you would have to patch the game manually,using afs explorer.
