    no. in the master league u start with the same players no matter what. the 'free transfer thing' is just for moving players to clubs to play in friendlies and tournaments, or for the other teams in the master league.

    yeah, we all know thats the key issue. its not just as easy as buying them though. fifa in many cases has exclusive rights to them, so no other game can buy them. unless they go to the clubs directly like they did with a few in pes3. it would cost a lot of money that way though.
