As Zyg mentioned, you can always create your own ball designs using a template. If you don't have an idea of how they look, this could be helpful.

That's Jon Champion, I believe. Yes, his commentary is good but then so is Brooking's, it's just that he's presented with a loosely translated Japanese document that he has to try to do his best with. Not much room for leway. Considering this is what we're stuck with, the above is promising.

It looks more and more like the 'reviews' were intended previews/features before the actual review in both magazines' next issues but they stuck a rating on it last minute. None of the reviews are really comprehensive, are they? The OPS2 review had little bodies of text with actual information...

Not directly related to PES by any means but still very reliable.

Added to the fact that it is being Meira that wears the No. 4 shirt for Portugal, I think C. Ronaldo has had a total of one cap for Portugal, so it's doubtful it would be him. The player model of Meira does have that Adam's Apple jutting out which kinda looks like C. Ronaldo's.

Direct corner goals have happened to mew a few times in previous WE/PES games and indeed in WE7. I've scored a few myself, one with Bobby Carlos and another with Rui Costa, whos' curving abilities are excellent. Did you actually see the animation of the shirt being tugged or what is it more...

The only downside, visually, is that there's an even bigger contrast betwen the pitch, player graphics and the crowd. It looks notably crapper.

GAME is now accepting pre-orders for the PC version of PES3. The release date there is November 17th although it could be later then that, such as November 21st or 18th.
