You could always buy a PS2 controller adaptor for your PC. They work very well and if you have the tools to hook up your PC to your TV, hey presto, it'll be like playing on your PS2 all over again except with much better graphics and possible gameplay tweaks. GFK, the GTA series is not...

I think the reason CF got a higher score in the XBox magazine probably lends itself more to there being no PES game or anything similar on the Xbox rather then reviewer opinion. All they have to compare it to is FIFA 2004, unless they use a system of counting other consoles titles too.
