There's a difference between surpressing fire and and running around spraying bullets every which way. Surpressing fire is usually used to cover allies movement and is aimed in the general direction of the enemy.

I just finished a fine performance in a Hardcore Team Deathmatch, 13 and 0 on crash... the next best on my team was 8 and 12 needless to say even such a superb showing by myself was not enough to save our team from defeat.

I've been getting additional lag on CoD4 over the past few days, my connection seems to be 2 yellow bars all too often at the moment.

People generally don't get that close... though if you can nick a P90 or MP5 to replace your pistol it's a cracking combo.G3 or M16a are my personal preferences.

Is it me or is the M16 a better weapon for sniping than any of the sniper rifles? Personally I can hit people from one side of the map to the other with the M16 with a great degree of accuracy than with the sniper rifles.

Great minds and all... No campers are great, even if they get you once... you know exactly where they are most campers I've encountered seem to refuse to even swap positions! They're like sitting ducks... especially with kill cam.

I think you should have limited ammunition for the entire game, for example you start with something like 1000 rounds, yet it doesn't replenish when you respawn. I just feel the game should reward accuracy, it doesn't, some of the people online appear to actually be trigger happy trained chimps...

Unfortunately not, I bought Allied Assault only days after its release and was rather disappointed. It layed a decent foundation for the genre, and was better than the competition but that was saying little.In fact the same statement could be made about Fifa.
