You have to run the game being connected to internet with your ps3...it'l download automatically konami 1.30 patch...then you'll ahve "download" in the menu...

It seems you don't have Konami 1.30 patch...

In game menu: System Settings--->download this will download the latest roster update by konami. Then put our o.f. again, it'll work :D
