If you want defensive midfielders go for Marco Donadel or Antonio Vera, both absolutely awesome.

With good balances and quick reflexes you can change direction very quickly.

The undoubted best wrestling game ever is still WWF No Mercy on the N64 that was awesome, better than any of the Smackdown series.
