You should delete the one you have, then install the new one, that way the game wont give you that warning the OF is somebody else's or something like that. After you install the new OF, go edit something, so it saves as it was...

Hey man, just a heads up for you: the kit # 256 glitch exists in PES2012 too.

It is the same glitch from PES2011 then, the uniform 256 has to be a blank png, not allocated to any team, to prevent weird things on edited kits. Can't believe konami didnt fix it LOL.

I just tweaked the Man City home png, deleted those white lines in the sides, which can be made in the editor this year, and it looks better that way.
