Actually no, I've managed in Brazil (got bored before I played a game) and they have a limit on non-Brazilians but I can't remember what. Also, in Mexico, you can only have 6 non-Mexicans. So there are limits everywhere it seems. That's the guy, but on my game he's only just 19, and has pace...
