I put some more time in this game and I'm starting to like it. Tactical defending makes a lot more of sense now. The whole gameplay is built around it. That's why when you switch to legacy the game feels so shitty.

The only way an OF affects online play, is by modifying what you see, for example, You pick Chelsea, instead of seeing London fc you will see Chelsea's name, emblem and kits the way they were edited in the OF.

I think it's not possible to copy single teams from PES2011 to PES2012. All or nothing.

Question 1: You can import just the kits yes. But they will overwrite whatever option file you had before. Question 2: LOL, at least the didnt change the name

Yeah, the real value of this feature is that you can now copy an OF partially.

You don't need to create a specific account to play any version of a game on PS3, because it is region free. I got PES2009 and 2010 UK versions, and played them with my american account. Both games got their UK DLC without problems. No need of UK account. You're just complicating things.

The import/export feature only works between PES2012 option files. You can import stuff from a PES2011 option file only via the "use prequel data" option.
