PC is good only if you have a very decent ($$$) computer which can run the game with everything set to high quality. Otherwise, stick to the PS3. I don't recommend the 360, option files are a pain in it.

That's impossible to tell at this time. But given Konami's "tradition" of outdated squads on release day, it's safe to say the game won't have fully updated rosters.

I think, Konami want to compete hard with FIFA 12, releasing the same day in America. There's a huge fanbase here and it is a good move for them.
