Have no idea. The two new stats (Tight Possession and Agression) - blend together with the other stats. You just have to play with it...after acouple times, you'll have it meshing and correct.

Yes.....there is a PC section for PC files. Should work on PC....may have to reset gameplan.

Export your files and re-import..........Probably a conflict as one will overrite the other --- Either choose PES Universe files or your files to keep your player appearances. I usally don't edit player appearance till I have a full OF in place going first.

It's because those 3 Bundesliga team are in Other Europe Teams by Konami since the PEU League is 20 fake teams. Doesn't matter what editor made Bundesliga, everyone has to move those 3 teams.....been that way for many years. Check out galfano's National Teams on the Option File forum.
