Post 3 has a link to Mantis file. His file contains two version folders - one with the coaches and one without the coaches. Just use the one without coaches folder.

These are the managers that are Master League Managers.........He unclocked them so they are actually playable if you load up his the manager version of his file.

There is two versions in his patch - one with old mangers and one without - The one with old managers are the ML Managers that were unlocked from the game.
