I use 7zip to open files. Just downloaded the EditemosPES Superliga V2 and had no issues with 7zip. The reason ThiagoPESeditor's is deleted is because they have updated version for DLC 5.

This is on Konami and was before DLC 5. I installed WE 2019 and right out of the box, Free Agents removed. Installed new install of US and UK version on another PS4 to test and same result. The Free Agents are on earlier installs on my games.

Just installed data pack - 2 New fakes teams in Other Teams Asia QA Green (23 players) and HG Red Yellow (23 players) - the relegated CSL teams. Like previous data packs, team orders and league size a mess and needs sorted. Thai league once again un-usable.
