first download this PSD file and open it by photoshop http://www.mediafire.com/file/omehez4oytwykyn/pes+kit+convert+2017+to+2018.psd now drag your pes 2017 kit to photoshop select all by ctrl+A, copy it by ctrl+C, go to that file you downloaded before in photoshop area, paste by ctrl+V ... now...

option file updated guys if you have problems for which team will be oeverwrite, sign first square and choose team to be overwritten freely

sorry for late answering ... for some odd ingame reason it happen to me after a while since installing ... this problem is not from option file (I guess it is something related to online transfer update) anyway just import those teams again (only teams which have problem) import the whole...
