This is why I have gone back to PES 2017 and have updated the squads myself. Better Legends (in my opinion), better gameplay (no bugs that I know of). The face editor isn't as good as PES 2018 but... that's okay.

There is one way to get more Free Kicks / Penalties... you need to edit the oppositions' team tactics to be Aggressive Pressure. But, you (like I have done) must adjust these tactics for all teams. And then do it again and again after the release of a new DLC.
