Yes can use in exhibition mode. Yes you can use those two team in the 20 slots and leave 2 out. That is what I have done. I have other 2 in Other Latin Teams section or you can leave out completely.

It is because OF loads slow on PS3....seems around PES 14, the load time has gotten steadily worse each year on the PS3 concerning OF's. PS3 is old technology compared to the PS4. Don't worry, nothing is wrong, just the way it is.
