If you do the manual Live Update under the EDIT window, then yes, you must re-copy each and everytime. This is on Konami's end and nothing can be done different.

I know the COD guys were decoding the BIN files by using MagicISO. They would convert the BIN fle to ISO and then use ISO editor. Is this how your doing it as well antonytse?
