And on what basis you say that? First watch some matches with him playing, then judge ;)

I guess about 85 at least. Maybe his career is short, but he doesn't make nearly any mistakes and his last performances are brilliant (ex. poland-germany), and I'm not saying about 2-3 matches but almost a year. I guess OR shouldn't be about age but how the player performes at the time

Last match he played like a top player. Maybe it's only one time, maybe I hasted, but if he carries that on I think he deserves OR over 80

As you said I hope that Szczesny will get a big boost. I also expect stats improvement with DiMaria, Coentrao, Arteta, Mario Gomes, Piszczek, DeGea, Fabregas. Of course there are more, but these are mostly on my mind :)
