Well, it's getting good reviews, an 86 on Metacritic as I type this post. I notice the trophy/achievement list is the same as last year. That's just so fucking lazy. Give us some interesting trophies to earn, like scoring a 30yard bicycle kick with Emile Heskey or whatever!

Jonno394 - amazing to think that you couldn't really get into it at the start! Personally, I wouldn't put it on par with my favourite open world games, like Fallout 3, Skyrim, TW3 etc. The gameplay is great, but it doesn't really have the "ooh look, I wonder what that is over there" kinda...

The fake names are probably how the Japanese developers see western names, as a random assortment of vowels and consonants.

Seems a good tactic - release the game before Fifa, squads still the same as last season, everyone thinks "wtf is this shit???", trades games in for Fifa....

As far as I can see, no transfers have been applied, but some of the attributes/OVR are different. Just compare the squads to the 2015 versions, the ones I've checked have been identical.

I don't think it's up to date. Looks like a copy/paste from PES 2015, aside from the teams that were in the demo, maybe just in preparation for 2016, aside from the teams that were in the demo.

It would be unthinkable that they remove decent features, but then they've been doing it for years..... Either way, if it ISN'T a mistake, they need to let fans know the full list asap. Pre ordered copies will be dispatched soon, and fans of Championship no-hopers like myself might like to...

Not necessarily: 19 Italian first division teams are fully licensed - kits, real club name et al. 1 Italian has fake strip, team name, but real players. In their list, it implies that there are 20 English D2 teams in total (all with fake team names, and kits). Which means 4 teams would be...

Surely there's no reason for them to cut 4 teams? Surely? Surely??? :erm:

Shit. Will only buy if/when PES pisses me off beyond repair and/or I feel like I need to play career mode.
