I mean teams like Lokomotiv, Dynamo Moscow and CSKA are easy to make plus I really have no interest in a division 2 for any league in PES. But making the lower teams will be a pain in the ass. Very little info is out there on the lower teams that isnt in Russian. So if any members on the board...
