Use a capture program to record the footage from your game straight to an AVI. Something like HyperCam or Taxi. If you search google 'capture' and stuff along the lines you should find something.

You don't need a fancy formation to play TotaalVoetball. I can win comfortably without conceding with any 4-4-2. I've been through hundreds of formations, and I always end up going back to 4-4-2. (saying that I always have a bit of something extra in Formation A and B.)
