To assign a mentor to a younger player, click the player interaction on the young player, and then choose the player, it is on the middle of the screen near the bottom, then say if they will be the ideal rolemodel etc. I hope that makes sense- Diao

Just try and get some players on loan from Premiership clubs, scout em first, alot of them will want to come to get match experiance, if that doesn't work look at Championship players- Diao
