What do you mean by 'already present J-League teams'? J.League isn't in PES 2014 (at least not the PAL version). Or do you mean just use the default emblems already on the game?

Go to xbox dashboard, settings > system> storage and go to PES/WE 2014. Should be at the top of the list. Also scroll down to TEMBLEM001.bin. That is the Arsenal badge; the first 19 are the Premier League badges. I suggest deleting edit.bin, backup edit data.bin and copy all the files over...
