MAKE SURE YOU BASE COPY ALL THE OLDER GENERATION PLAYERS! If any of them move / retire, they'll be classed as Classic Players or disappear all together? By base copying them to a Created Player, you'll keep their proper faces.

Just so you know, these kits were created using the standard tools in the editing section - XBox 360. Anyone can re-create these kits, it just takes time!

Just go to Create Player and the very bottom of the list is "Base Copy". You can then select any club/national side and then select the player. I've copied Henry as technically he shouldn't be in PES 2010. He may disappear on the next update.

Yeah, it's a bit different... In the game plan screen, select your formation and then you can drag the blue spheres to your required positions. Then whilst the cursor is over the sphere, push x button, this should allow you edit the players' position (ss, cf, amf etc) Hope this helps.
