I play the 4-1-2-1-2 with my PL squad (no exploiting through passes for me though!), and a 4-5-1 (2 DM, 1 CAM, RM and LM) with my La Liga team. Ultimately (pun half intended), it's whatever works well for you with the players you have. Some days I struggle with 4-5-1, some days I play lovely...

Mirallas is very nifty on the wing. Rosicky is a pretty good buy too. I have Schneiderlin as a backup DM, and he's more than capable. 95% of people with a PL team have Benteke and/or Sturridge up front.... so I guess you could get one of those. Just like how 97.5% of Bundesliga teams have...
