You're not the first complaining about that, but I never had that happen to me. The smallest club (financially speaking) that made me an offer of €20~25m is Ajax, or maybe Sampdoria (but they won Europa League in that season, so there's that).

Exactly the same problem I'm having with Renato Sanches. I just feel he could be so much better. And the fact he is one of the few players that hasn't "flourished" doesn't help.

Honestly I think Legend and Bandiera can go through any of the 3 other effects they have (at least that makes sense). Also, if you buy a Bandiera they/ll go back to lvl 3 Superstars, so it seems like it can go either way.

One of the series I'll eventually get to watch. My intention now is to train him in Passing until at least 90 on both, then Defence until 80 Defensive Prowess, and then probably Physical to improve Stamina even more. Believe it or not, all those stats are "GM free". I only bought those...
