Yes!, this happened once to me as well. In a derby match vs Sporting, I was already shouting at the screen whey the referee gave Teo the yellow card. But in my case I did nothing, the AI just literally tried to cheat their way to victory.

Great to hear that. This happens when the game updates but for some reason corrupts files while doing so. PES2013 was even worse in this regard.

I'm not sure if this still works, but it used to with PES2013. Go to the download folder in the main PES directory and delete everything inside it. Then delete the KONAMI folder in Documents, and try to run the game again. Try to install a patch like this one...
