I do not want to advert my own file, but I think it has everything you need. No european and american fake teams, all leagues with emblems, kits and everything :) Have a look in my signature.

In Matser League the game decides which are the best teams to put in Master League. You can copy one league at a time for example all files with ENG1_ at once. #4.0 is all you need!

Valencia5's cleaned up european and american teams are included in my file :)

I recommend the following: DELETE all images except Competition then do the Live Update in PES main menu and overwrite your edit data. Use the ALL IN ONE in my Download (drag the folder to WEPES, instructions in first post) Then import all team files (15-20 at a time, they have prefixes...

Darmstadt Faces are done yes. The others not, havent tried to edit existing faces, dont know if they are effected by Live Update. DFL OF V4 is uploading.
