TBH I don't have such issue of my players crouching. It did happened in PES2013, and I took a while to figure out why (during crosses/corners, if the player isn't selected they either try to control the ball with their chest, or just duck), but I don't suffer from it in this PES. But yet again...

I don't have any problems heading the ball, perhaps 50% of my goals are from headers. Corners are too easy, crosses are only difficult in placing them, the shooting part never bothers me. Maybe your players are too weak in that matter?
