thats the problem. the image in Ps is transparent, in the GGS too but ingame it appears white

first I managed to make logos with the same characteristics of the logos in the bin files. but Ihad one problem: no matter what I cant make it transparent around the icon. so I made a new one, just to test it ingame. the result:
