dear god man, that was one of the most intelligent post I've ever heard! with me it happens the same way, all (most part of the) games end with something like 1-0; 2-1; 2-0 and sometimes 3-1, but never such big values. maybe the tactics, opponents, playmaking style? (basically what you said)...
