I´ve found an option file on Youtube from a guy named "PESVICIO BR" there you´ll find complete brazilian league with correct names and actual transfers. I´ve tested it and it worked fine for me.

these are the Brazilian Teams with fake names: America Mineiro Bahia Botafogo Gremio Vitoria Fluminense has some real players,but also some fake players.

free players are still there. Bundesliga was not messed up,but you´ll need the newest option file for Brazilian League from Emerson,dated 25-12.17. you can choose not to apply the dlc on national team,otherwise all fake national players will come back.

Guidetti face isn´t new,but updated. i remember that he had preset face without beard in older PES-Versions. i hope that Konami made Sandro Wagner face,he plays actually for Bayern München and also for Germany NT.
