I checked out the MLS, too (mainly Los Angeles Galaxy), I like the main guys' faces, but the team ratings are quite inflated when you compare to J-League and Libertadores clubs. J-League is beautiful. Just needs commentary names for clubs if you have Japanese commentary.

There were some things I liked better about the demo than the full game and vice versa. But much better than 19 certainly.

I did an update, but the squads looked so barren that i just reverted back to May squads... they probably forgot many youngsters and relatively unknown players. For Brazil, no transfers have been done at all, so the update really ruins the teams, leaves most with like 20 players. And...
