That is possible & if that is the case I will just fix up the kits/names again & not bother editing any fake teams this year. I think it will have to make another backup edit data file before adding DP2 otherwise anyone that buys the game between now & DP2 will lose any edits they make...

We don't know until DP2 is released, but if you want to edit anything then I think this is the only way to do it

Because if you don't it will use that pre DP1 backup file to update so you will definitley lose any editing you do between now & DP2. DP2 may still delete everything but this way at least gives a chance of saving edits made between the 2 DP's

On your PS4 goto Settings then Application Saved Data Management then Saved Data In System Storage then Delete then PES 2016 & delete the Backup Edit Data file that was created when updating to DP1

I wouldn't worry too much at this stage as personally I fully expect Konami to remove all those players from "Free Agents" with the next DP, so you will still need the base copies. The one issue you may have if this happens is in PES 2015 if you base copied a player over a fake player the...

Basically what it is saying is they will take the backup editdata from before DP1 when applying DP2 so anything edited inbetween the 2 will be lost. Personally I'm going to delete my backup editdata, hopefully this means I will keep everything edited between DP1 & DP2 as all I lost was 3 faces.

Yeah, even if it was just for the fake names. Was amazed when I got DBC a couple of months ago, started the game & was asked if I would like to use the best online edits. Hey presto, 5 minutes later every name is corrected :)

There is no import/export on PS4/XB1 though ;)

If you go to edit mode then transfers there should be a option to default, on PS it is usually triangle. This will default every transfer to the data pack default.

Personally I wouldn't waste time with the created player option (you won't have enough anyway), it seems Konami have announced that they will be fixing the issue of created faces with the next DP (no release date). Transfers of IG players always default so you always have to fix this, same goes...

Take a look back through this thread, but the main issues are transfers are only done up to 30/8/15 (or not at all for Brazilian League) & any edited player faces have been reset.

Not seen this, it depends it could just be a fix for this issue, but equally it could also update the remaining transfers

I did & everything remained except the nationality, but I think this has more to do with the players not being removed from the game

I haven't played ML to say for sure, but I think I read somewhere that the CPU won't sign them even though you can
