You can swap the fake players for the real ones, the fake ones will then be under free agents. You can't delete them, but you can edit them to be other players.

You can only do it by manually moving the teams in league structure mate, you can't add a 2nd division to any league that doesn't already have one.

The actual limit is 600, there is however a issue (especially when using a OF converted from a different region where you can't go past the number of kits the OF you used as a base has. One possible solution would be to export all the teams you have edited, then wait until I have hit the 600...
