I think I defeated Emerald but not Ruby. For Emerald you needed the Underwater Materia. You also had to breed a Gold Chocobo so you could get the Knights of the Rounds summon on the little island that wasn't on the map. You also needed the Mime Materia, and the Materia that made you do your...

Emerald Weapon and Ruby Weapon on FFVII were impossible. I think I remember one of the boss battles with Seymour on FFX giving me a lot of trouble aswell.

I fear I'm almost near the end of the main quest, so I think I'll try and explore the wasteland and try and find all the sidequests. It's been a terrific game so far, very engrossing. Probably my favourite game of 2008 afterall.

300 would be a cool game is done correctly. I would have the single player start with you as a child, learning the ways of the spartan. It would basically at this point be mainly RPG orientated, where you roam around the village, doing "RPG" stuff, then you have to learn basic hand to hand...

Agreed. A lot of people were complaining that this game was going back to the WWII setting but I for one love WWII games, and this is probably the best I've played. The game is just so intense. I just wish the game was longer though.

Both skins are looking fine. I must say I'm preferring the Green skin at the moment.
