I wouldn't say so, I'd say its more a case of the players not wanting to move clubs. I always go by a players likelihood to join (the number out of 100 next to their name on the negotiations screen) if its anything less than 40 I don't usually bother.

Yeah pretty much, but its from nothing to A+ I think. And when you do that you've got more chance of signing higher profile players and players with surperior ability than the usual tat you get as default master league players.

At the start you can choose which teams you come up against, and then of course at the end of the season you have promotion/relegation. The best way to do it is to start at the bottom league and work your way up, that way you ensure you're playing different teams every season, especially if...

Training is done automatically mate, you can do something called 'regulate condition' which I believe improves the arrows beside player names. Player ratings you just need to access your formation screen I think.

No matter what formation I choose or what team I manage I always seem to concede late goals. It could be that I'm 3-0 up at the time and end up winning 3-2, or that I'm 1-0 up and then fold at 2-1 or even 3-1. So annoying I don't know what I'm doing wrong :realmad:
