I suppose your kind of right, but with a good training regime, a player can improve vastly over about 6 months. Only really very effective in the long term though.

My striker is the top scorer with 4 in 3(1) in the Premiership despite me playing him in attacking midfield. My other has 2 in 4 Prem games and Elliot and Stead are just complete shite, haven't impressed me at all.

I agree. You need to strengthen pretty much almost every area of the field, minus a few such as Lawerence, Arca, Davis etc.

Nope, database size doesn't matter too much to be honest. Its just if you do it on large its to your advantage to sign the good little players.

Well I doubt very much people will get the same position in the Premiership and reach the same place in the cup runs etc. If that happens, which I'm 99% sure it won't, I guess we'll judge it on how many points won in the league. By the way its not a big deal who wins anyway, just a little...
