Well when you save your formation to memory card/hard drive you copy it into one of the boxes. Just copy your first formation into the first box, then change your formation to the preferred second formation and copy it into the second box. Save it then start your game with your original...

I don't think there's a way to guarantee it. It happens when the ball and you player are in a certain proximity I reckon. Have scored plenty of acrobatic goals on PES5, but never a classic Overhead :unsure:
